mail support.

You’ve got questions.

For businesses embracing the work-from-home life: who gets your mail?

For start-ups without a physical office: what’s your professional business address?

For organizations receiving sensitive deliveries: how do you keep mail secure?

For professionals whose office is also their home: how do you receive business mail but preserve privacy?

We’ve got answers.

Our receptionist accepts and forwards mail to the appropriate personnel for your business.

With agreement in place, we grant permissive use of our location as your business mailing address.

Your mail and deliveries are not left unattended—our receptionist is on hand daily.

We help preserve your privacy by receiving your business-related mail here rather than your home.

How we do it.

As a function of each Virtual Membership or Service Agreement, Capitol Center Offices grants permissive use of its address for the receipt of business mail.

Incoming mail is delivered to reception, who then sends email alerts to the recipient with details regarding the waiting item. Mail which is not picked up in person is kept secure on-site.

Once received, we rely on instruction from our partnered businesses and professionals regarding the receipt and processing of their mail. Whether we’re forwarding unopened mail weekly or are authorized to open, scan and email items daily, we work with each business to develop a system that works efficiently while preserving confidentiality.

After mail has been transmitted electronically, our staff destroy all materials by means of a professional document destruction company in compliance with information destruction laws and regulations.
