    Your office—or offices—are for your exclusive use and are offered fully furnished. Offices may be leased by more than one person, provided the per-person capacity is not exceeded.

  • Conference.

    Tenants enjoy the freedom to reserve large, well appointed conference rooms and client meeting rooms as needed as part of the lease.

  • Facilities.

    In addition to your privately lease space, each floor offers thousands of square feet of shared facilities including kitchens, restrooms, lobby, meeting spaces and open areas.

  • Utilities.

    Reduce the impact of fluctuating and unpredictable monthly utility costs. Every lease at both 232 Capitol and 236 Capitol includes all building utilities—electric, water, gas, and municipal fees.

  • Internet.

    Save time placing service calls and paying bills. We provide high speed fiber internet with static IPs and, for added security, can add a separate connection for your exclusive use.

  • Reception.

    Our first floor receptionist is familiar with each business and greets clients, conducts guests to waiting conference rooms, and accepts hand deliveries to ensure an overall professional client experience on your behalf.

  • Furnished.

    Avoid expensive up front costs. Every office, conference room, meeting room and shared space has already been furnished with high quality fixtures for a professional edge.

  • Equipment.

    Minimize overhead and eliminate time-consuming upkeep on contracts and equipment. Each floor features high capacity commercial-grade copy, print, scan and fax machines and each lease provides a monthly copy allowance.

  • Janitorial.

    Rather than maintaining an expensive individual contract, share in the cost savings of our building-wide commercial janitorial services and waste removal managed by Capitol Center as part of each lease.

  • Security.

    Enjoy the peace of mind of knowing the main entrance and entrance to both floors are serviced by key card with accompanying data log and all exterior entrances are under 24/7 recorded video surveillance.

  • Network.

    Rest easy that your data is secure. We’ve installed sophisticated network equipment housed in a locked utility room that segregates data ports in each office and we partner with a reputable IT firm to protect and maintain it.

  • Inventory.

    Save time and money managing inventory. Capitol Center maintains copy paper and toner for its machines, has outfitted kitchens and bathrooms with all consumable products and stocks a coffee & tea bar for your clients and guests.

  • Shredding.

    We partner with KnightHorst to provide secure document shredding to tenants in compliance with information destruction laws and regulations, including HIPAA and FACTA.

  • Notary.

    Our on-site notary is available to assist tenants and their clients with important financial, legal and other documents requiring notarization for a small fee.

  • Mail.

    Tenants who are out-of-the-office or Virtual can rely on Capitol Center Offices staff to assist as needed with receipt of mail or other administrative tasks at reasonable rates.

LEASE TERMS

In uncertain times, be flexible.

Capitol Center Offices continues to offer month-to-month agreements in addition to long term leases of up to three years. With reasonable notice, terminate your monthly agreement at any time.
