Virtual tenants share many of the same advantages of resident tenants but at a lower cost compared to leasing a private office full-time. Explore below to see how to put a Virtual Membership to work:

  • If you exceed the monthly reserve hours provided under your plan, your membership still provides a 10% discount on all reservations of private office, conference room or client meeting space.

  • As a virtual tenant in good standing, you may reserve a private office, conference or meeting room at a specific date and time simply by calling or emailing our office. Your reserve hours may be used toward any room type. On the day of your reservation, choose the office you like best from the selection available.

    There’s no extra paperwork to sign, either—your membership covers each reservation.

  • Membership includes a commercial mailing address so your items are received and kept secure by our staff. As items arrive, you may instruct our staff on the best way to forward each item to you, with a set number of items forwarded at no charge according to your plan level. Each additional item is charged at a per-page rate for scan and email, or an admin time charge if mailed unopened to another address.

  • Clients visiting a resident tenant are greeted by reception, offered refreshment and conducted to the appropriate office, conference or meeting room.

    Virtual tenant clients are treated exactly the same. With advance notice, we’re able to assist virtual tenant clients with hand deliveries, printing and copying, signing forms and forwarding completed paperwork and records at reasonable hourly rates.

  • All tenants, resident and virtual alike, and their guests enjoy high-speed fiber internet +wifi while on the premises.

  • During reserved use of space, virtual tenants are invited to take advantage of the high capacity multifunction equipment on each floor to copy, print, scan and fax as needed up to your monthly copy allowance, with additional pages charged at reasonable per-page rates.

  • Virtual tenants receive email notifications regarding waiting mail and in-person client messages.

  • Resident tenants may represent they maintain an office at our address on their website, business cards and promotional materials.

    Virtual tenants may do the same—while they do not maintain a physical office, our location still functions as a local office for virtual tenants and they are given permission to market accordingly.

  • For virtual tenants whose package includes registering our location as your physical address with the WV Secretary of State, our staff coordinate with any visiting state or city official who arrives annually to confirm your location, review on-file licenses and other records, or generally conduct a compliance audit to ensure your business follows all applicable laws and regulations required for your business.
