Co-working tenants lease individual, locking offices with shared facilities on each floor including conference and meeting rooms, fully equipped copy centers, outfitted kitchens, private restrooms and open work areas. A receptionist on the first floor is available to greet clients, accept hand deliveries and collect mail when co-working tenants are away.

236 Capitol Street is Capitol Center’s exclusive-use office space and consists of a large, light-filled open work area with an excess of data ports, two offices and two restrooms. With direct access to Capitol Street from its own entrance and no internal passageways to 232 Capitol Street, this space is a secure, separate and self-contained space perfect for the exclusive use of a single tenant.
